The Employee Referral Policy is a program designed to encourage and reward current employees for referring candidates who are subsequently hired for participating Monster positions. Click on Search Jobs for a full listing of the participating positions.

Eligibility:

All employees are eligible for a referral bonus except VP level and above, as well as those who are involved in the Employment process and responsible for the hiring decision (whether as a direct or indirect supervisor). No referral bonus will be paid for rehiring of former employees of Monster. The employee and the referred employee must be employed at the company on the payout date.

Bonuses:

A $2,000.00 referral bonus will be paid for all positions at Monster.

Employees will earn their entire bonus amount upon the hire date of their referral. The bonus will be paid within 30 days of the new employee's hire date.
